Warranty and Return Information
Tubes and other products are warrantied for a minimum of 30 days from the date of purchase, except for in cases like breakage, open filaments, or when not operated within manufacturer’s specified ratings.
All returns require a RA (Return Authorization) to be otained prior to returning purchase items.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless a shipping error has be made on the original order.
Refusing the shipment does not invalidate the purchase or the requirement of a return authorization.
Any return costs will be deducted from your refund.
If you receive a tube that does not perform to the manufacturer's specifications, please do the following:
Contact us to get a return authorization number and the return instructions. This can be done by a phone call at (570) 672-7300 or email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we find the item defective we will provide an exchange or refund of the full purchase price of the tube. Replacements will be shipped at no cost to the customer.
Returns not related to warranty/defects will be considered and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We will not accept returns that do not have return authorization. Items outside the 30 day warranty period will not be accepted. Items returned damaged will not be considered for a refund.
